The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, including inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotions, events, and client service. This permanent, part-time role requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
