Operations Associate Part-Time position at Sephora in Wauwatosa, WI. $18–$20.50/hr, inventory and retail operations support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups, event execution, and alignment with Sephora's brand aesthetic
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and creating outstanding customer experiences
