Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and supports marketing events.
  • Support the client experience through attentive service, assisting sales teams to achieve store performance and sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture, promoting inclusivity, punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal driven.
  • Comfortable learning and communicating product knowledge quickly to support the client experience.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and meet the scheduling requirements for full-time availability (30–40 hrs/week).

Experience

Entry-level retail operations experience required — typically 1–2 years in a store, hospitality or client-facing role with demonstrated ability to manage inventory and support merchandising execution.
