Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute and maintain daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to Sephora standards.
  • Manage inventory lifecycle: stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts to preserve inventory accuracy.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand presentation and drive event execution.
  • Deliver excellent client service and assist the sales team to achieve store targets through proactive floor support.
  • Enforce company policies, safety procedures and maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Operate reliably within assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; uphold punctuality and attendance expectations.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; experience in store operations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrable client-service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
  • Team player with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variable retail schedule and meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.

Experience
