Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient store functioning
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand standards and promotional requirements
- Support team efforts in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork within the store community
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and creating a safe, secure shopping environment
