Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event activations.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving customer experience and sales objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
  • Work reliable, flexible hours to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
