Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event activations.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving customer experience and sales objectives.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
- Work reliable, flexible hours to cover peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
