Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
  • Manage inventory workflows: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand directives and event activation
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales and loyalty objectives
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive team environment and model punctuality and reliable attendance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures to maintain a secure shopping experience
  • Be available for flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, to meet peak retail needs

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment
  • Proven organisational skills and effective time management
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Punctual with consistent attendance and availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements

Experience
