Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain availability and presentation standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure accurate, on-brand presentation for campaigns and in-store events.
- Assist colleagues on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store sales goals.
- Maintain operational compliance with company policies, safety and loss-prevention practices to create a secure shopping environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as receiving, unpacking and moving merchandise; ensure back-of-house organization and efficiency.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, to meet peak retail demands and shift-coverage requirements.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience in operations or stock/merchandising roles.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage inventory and execute merchandising plans.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting client-facing colleagues.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in a comparable retail, hospitality or customer-focused role with hands-on responsibilities for inventory, merchandising or store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in retail, business or hospitality is a plus.
