Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and adherence to operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in achieving outstanding client experiences and sales targets
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered
