Sephora Operations Associate position in Tampa, FL—full-time retail operations role supporting store excellence and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness where all team members feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexibility and reliability by meeting required minimum weekly shifts (30-40 hours for full-time positions) and being available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
