Sephora Tampa seeks a part‑time Operations Associate (Flex) to support inventory, visual merchandising and store operations. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintenance of operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure displays accurately reflect brand guidelines and current campaigns.
  • Assist the team in delivering an exceptional client experience and contribute to achieving sales and service objectives.
  • Maintain store housekeeping, safety and loss-prevention practices to create a secure, welcoming environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and reliability by meeting minimum shift requirements and being available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in a similar role or experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to support outstanding client service.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to colleagues and clients.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and contributing as a team player with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine physical tasks associated with store operations.

Experience
