Sephora in Tallahassee seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate—hourly $16.60–$19.30/hr—to support inventory, merchandising and client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store environment reflects Sephora’s brand and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service, assisting the sales team to create outstanding shopping experiences and contribute to sales objectives.
- Uphold company policies and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative store culture by promoting inclusivity, punctuality and dependable attendance during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; able to convey product information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting and meet shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom tasks.

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or within retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environments; entry-level candidates with relevant customer-facing experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
