Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards
- Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, back-stock organisation, receiving and order fulfilment
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups and execution of in-store events
- Deliver high standards of client service and assist the team in achieving sales objectives
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold Sephora policies and safety procedures
- Maintain punctuality and availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a drive to meet sales and operational goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to meet required weekly shifts (full-time: 30–40 hrs/week) and to work peak retail hours

1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, beauty or customer-service training is a plus.
