Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and basic order fulfilment
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand consistency and event readiness
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment by complying with company policies and loss-prevention practices
- Promote teamwork and inclusivity; communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership about operational needs
- Meet required scheduling commitments and provide reliable attendance during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritise tasks in a busy store
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks
- Flexible availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Punctuality and consistent attendance

Experience
Entry-level requirement of approximately 1–2 years in retail, hospitality or other client-focused roles; hands-on experience with inventory handling and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or merchandising training is a plus.
