Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event requirements.
  • Deliver and support outstanding client service to help achieve store sales targets and foster repeat clientele.
  • Maintain store safety, security and compliance with company policies to create an enjoyable shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote inclusivity, punctuality and reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to operational detail.

  • Quick learner capable of acquiring and sharing product knowledge with clients.
  • Ability to meet scheduling requirements and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
