Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event requirements.
- Deliver and support outstanding client service to help achieve store sales targets and foster repeat clientele.
- Maintain store safety, security and compliance with company policies to create an enjoyable shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to promote inclusivity, punctuality and reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to operational detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; effective team collaborator.
- Quick learner capable of acquiring and sharing product knowledge with clients.
- Ability to meet scheduling requirements and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused role; familiarity with store operations, merchandising and basic inventory processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
