Sephora Spokane is hiring an Operations Associate in Spokane, WA — full-time hourly role supporting inventory, merchandising and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise availability and operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure displays and events reflect brand guidelines and campaign timing.
- Contribute to an exceptional client experience by supporting sales associates, assisting with client requests, and helping achieve store sales and service objectives.
- Maintain store safety, compliance with company policies, and cleanliness to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Demonstrate reliable scheduling, punctuality and availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) to sustain consistent operations.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and effective time-management with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to learn and convey product knowledge quickly.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stock handling tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
