Sephora Operations Associate, Part-Time, Southlake, TX – $19.80–$22.90/hr retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure compliance with Sephora's operational standards
- Manage inventory, execute stock replenishment, fulfill orders, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand aesthetic and promotional setups
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals
