Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain merchandise availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects brand directives and event activations.
- Contribute to an exceptional client experience through prompt service, product knowledge support and assistance in achieving store sales goals.
- Uphold operational standards, company policies and loss-prevention procedures to create a safe and welcoming retail environment.
- Demonstrate reliability with flexible scheduling—available for nights, weekends and holidays—and meet required minimum weekly hours.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote inclusivity, teamwork and a customer-centric culture on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment; prior store operations or merchandising experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product information to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout a shift.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance with availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1–2 years in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, with practical exposure to inventory handling and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, beauty or visual merchandising training is advantageous.
