Sephora seeks a part-time Operations Associate to support daily store operations at its Woodbury Lakes location in South Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role encompasses inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and client service delivery—ensuring the store maintains operational excellence and brand standards. The successful candidate will work flexible hours (15-29 hours per week) including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
