Sephora South Barrington — Operations Associate (Part Time). Hourly role supporting inventory, merchandising and client service in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
- Deliver and support outstanding client service; assist the team in achieving sales goals through proactive client engagement.
- Maintain store safety, compliance with company policies and a positive shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
- Work reliably within assigned schedule requirements, including nights, weekends and holidays; uphold punctuality and attendance expectations.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying merchandise (up to 50 pounds).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role, or equivalent experience in store operations.

- Availability to meet minimum weekly shifts/hours for a part-time schedule and flexibility for peak retail periods.
- Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds.
