The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotional setups, and client experience. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role requires 4–14 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Promote an inclusive, open, and collaborative team culture.
