Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfilment to ensure product availability and accurate in-store merchandising.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and timely event activation.
- Contribute to an exceptional client experience by supporting sales goals, assisting clients on the shop floor, and communicating product knowledge.
- Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours; provide flexible coverage during peak periods (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated organisational and time-management capabilities; able to prioritise in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-service orientation.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; able to perform routine stockroom and merchandising tasks.
