Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and event activations
- Maintain operational standards to ensure a safe, secure and inviting shopping environment
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to store sales objectives
- Promote inclusivity and teamwork by supporting a collaborative and open store culture
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience
- Excellent organizational skills and time management with strong attention to detail
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and goal-driven
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail floor duties

1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client-focused environments where inventory control, merchandising and customer service were primary responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or certification in retail, hospitality or merchandising is a plus.
