The part-time Operations Associate supports daily store operations at Sephora’s Woodfield Mall location in Schaumburg, including inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, promotions, and events. The role supports client service, sales goals, teamwork, and store standards, with a schedule of 15–29 hours per week and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising, accurate promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
• Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Promote inclusivity and teamwork, helping foster a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and uphold Sephora standards to help provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts or hours; be available during peak retail periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Quick learner able to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong client focus.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Part-time schedule of 15–29 hours per week.
