Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain Sephora's operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and supply chain logistics
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to reflect Sephora's brand
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Foster inclusivity, teamwork, and a culture of openness across the store environment
- Ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all clients
- Meet minimum weekly shift requirements and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
Qualifications
