Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to uphold Sephora’s operational standards and brand presentation.
- Manage inventory workflows including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure accurate, on‑brand displays for campaigns and events.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives.
- Maintain safety, loss‑prevention and compliance with company policies to create a secure shopping environment.
- Demonstrate reliability by meeting scheduled shifts and providing availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting up to 50 pounds and organizing back‑of‑house stock.
