Sephora Operations Associate Full-Time in Sarasota, FL – Retail operations, inventory management, and client experience roles starting at $18/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Execute visual merchandising tasks to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event coordination
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the achievement of sales goals
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting an environment where all team members feel empowered and valued
