Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing tasks and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory cycle tasks: stock replenishment, receiving, processing returns, and order fulfillment.
- Support visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and on-brand displays.
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting the sales floor and contributing to sales goals.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to maintain a secure, enjoyable shopping environment.
- Participate in store events and promotions, assisting with execution and client engagement.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to operational detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey product knowledge to clients.
- Reliable availability for required shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks required by retail operations.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused role, with demonstrated ability to manage inventory and support floor operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no advanced degree required.
