Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects brand campaigns and event activations.
- Support the sales team by delivering outstanding client service, assisting with client needs on the sales floor, and contributing to store sales objectives.
- Maintain store safety, compliance with company policies, and a welcoming environment for clients and employees.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture through reliable attendance, punctuality and flexible availability during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Perform physical tasks required for store operations, including lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment; prior store operations or inventory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work during peak retail hours (including nights, weekends and holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused role with demonstrable exposure to inventory control, merchandising or store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or customer-service training is advantageous.
