Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-consistent presentation and event execution.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support teammates in achieving sales and service objectives.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration; adhere to company policies to maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet required weekly scheduling commitments, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and effective time management.
- Quick learner with the ability to acquire and communicate product knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
