Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and maintain operational standards across inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandise presentation
- Manage and execute visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand identity, including accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Assist the team in creating outstanding client experiences while supporting achievement of sales goals
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment within the store
- Uphold Sephora standards by adhering to company policies and helping create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
