Sephora San Luis Obispo seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. $20.85–$25.54/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event activations.
  • Deliver and support outstanding client service to help achieve sales goals and memorable in-store experiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies and safety standards.
  • Maintain punctuality and scheduling reliability, covering peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience, or experience in a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative, goal-driven team player.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to absorb and convey product knowledge to clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirements and to work during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
