The part-time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s San Jose store through inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and daily operational standards, while helping deliver strong client experiences and sales results. The role is permanent and requires 15–29 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional setups and event execution accurately reflect Sephora’s brand.
