Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and drive campaign activation.
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting the sales team, assisting clients on the sales floor and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience.
- Uphold Sephora operational policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively across the store team to meet sales objectives, staffing needs and event execution during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/stocking duties.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and reliable attendance.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused settings, demonstrating operational competence and customer service aptitude.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
