Sephora — Operations Associate (Part Time) in San Jose, CA. Hourly role supporting inventory, visual merchandising and client experience at Almaden Plaza.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational efficiency.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and drive campaign activation.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by supporting the sales team, assisting clients on the sales floor and contributing to an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Uphold Sephora operational policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively across the store team to meet sales objectives, staffing needs and event execution during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/stocking duties.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays, and reliable attendance.

Experience
