Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes: receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and drive event execution.
  • Provide hands-on support to the sales floor to deliver excellent client experiences and contribute to sales targets.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety standards.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store culture that promotes inclusivity, punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; prior store operations or inventory experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a sales-focused team.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing routine stock-handling tasks.
  • Availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays and ability to meet the store's required weekly shifts.
