Sephora — Operations Associate (Part-time) in San Francisco, CA. Hourly role supporting inventory, visual merchandising and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including receiving, inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal on-floor availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and campaign execution.
  • Assist clients on the sales floor and contribute to achieving store sales goals by delivering knowledgeable, courteous service.
  • Perform routine operational tasks such as cycle counts, returns processing and basic loss-prevention measures to uphold operational integrity.
  • Maintain store safety, cleanliness and compliance with company policies; demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a goal-driven approach and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required; punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
