Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Sephora operational standards.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and accurate promotional setups to reflect brand directives and event execution.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting store performance objectives.
- Maintain a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with a strong service orientation.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by stock and merchandising tasks.

Entry-level retail experience required: typically 1–2 years in a similar operations, retail or hospitality role with exposure to inventory and merchandising processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational or retail-related training is a plus.
