Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with Sephora operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and accurate promotional setups to reflect brand directives and event execution.
  • Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting store performance objectives.
  • Maintain a safe, secure and orderly shopping environment by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting with a strong service orientation.
