Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event execution.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational standards by following company policies, safety procedures and loss-prevention practices.
  • Support store teamwork and foster an inclusive culture through reliable attendance, punctuality and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operational role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven time-management capability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; available to work nights, weekends and holidays as required for retail peaks.

Experience
