Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups so the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event requirements.
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contribute to achieving store sales objectives.
- Maintain operational standards and follow company policies to create a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Demonstrate reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by retail peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in a retail, hospitality or client‑facing role; experience with inventory or merchandising preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with a capacity to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to deliver outstanding client service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a goal‑driven mindset toward sales and operational targets.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and fulfill the physical demands of retail operations.

Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment, with hands‑on exposure to inventory handling or merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or visual merchandising training is a plus.
