Sephora — Operations Associate in Salt Lake City, UT (part-time). Hourly $18–$23/hr; support store operations, inventory and visual merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure shelves and back stock are maintained to brand standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect Sephora’s campaigns and event activations.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client service and contribute to achieving store sales and conversion goals.
  • Maintain operational standards that promote a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Promote teamwork and inclusivity, proactively communicating with colleagues to optimize workflows and client coverage.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.

  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds; able to work standing for extended periods.
