Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate for its St. Louis Galleria store in Saint Louis, Missouri. The permanent role supports store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and client service, with part-time schedules of 15–29 hours per week and required availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in creating exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.

Qualifications
