Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient shopping environment.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to align the store with brand standards and events.
  • Support the client experience by assisting the sales team, maintaining presentation standards and helping achieve store sales goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure and compliant retail environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture through dependable attendance, punctuality and collaborative support during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time status.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with an aptitude for learning product knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting sales-driven teams.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to inventory and merchandising (lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality and a customer-first mindset.
