Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing tasks and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand standards and event executions.
- Deliver and support exceptional client experiences, working with sales teams to help achieve store sales goals.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and professionalism; follow company policies to maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum weekly shifts; be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
