Sephora Roseville, MN is hiring a part‑time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations at Rosedale Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure promotional displays and event setups reflect brand guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional client service by supporting the sales floor and assisting the team in reaching sales targets.
- Maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment by following company policies and procedures.
- Work reliable, flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays and meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours.
- Perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients and colleagues.
- Team player with a goal‑driven mindset and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and reliable attendance.

Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality or another client‑focused environment; equivalent customer service experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality vocational training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
