The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, including inventory, replenishment, fulfillment, and visual merchandising, while helping deliver client service and achieve sales goals. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours flex role requires 4–14 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards.
