Sephora is hiring a part-time Operations Associate in Rochester Hills to support daily store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising while helping deliver exceptional client experiences. The role requires availability for peak retail periods and consistent attendance; part-time scheduling is 15–29 hours per week.
