Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure an efficient, client-focused environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards and promotional displays consistent with brand guidelines.
- Assist with event setups and promotional activations to drive traffic and sales.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, teamwork and adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and peak retail hours; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Education
