Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a consistent, efficient shopping environment.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and back‑room organization.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups to reflect brand standards and event execution.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help achieve sales goals and positive client experiences.
  • Maintain operational standards and loss prevention procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team‑oriented and goal driven.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey details to clients and colleagues.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work retail peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
