Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards.
  • Manage inventory processes: receive shipments, replenish stock, conduct cycle counts and assist with order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign guidelines.
  • Contribute to exceptional client experiences by supporting the sales team and helping achieve store performance goals.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies that ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability; meet scheduled weekly hours and be available for peak retail shifts (nights, weekends, holidays).
