Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a safe, efficient and client-focused environment.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment to maintain product availability.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups so the store accurately reflects brand standards and event plans.
- Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client service and contribute to store sales and KPI attainment.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a secure, organized shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule with required availability during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) and demonstrate punctuality and reliability.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and maintaining stockroom organisation.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Proven organisational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a collaborative team.
- Adaptable, quick learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Experience
1–2 years of retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred; entry-level candidates with transferable skills and a strong client focus will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
